Important Information
- Please select the correct appointment type when booking. If you are unsure which service you need, book a consultation appointment first.
- For Online Consultation and Premium Appointments, the fee paid is for the consultation and appointment time only. Any service fees, application fees, government fees, translation fees, or file processing fees will be charged separately if applicable.
- If no fee is displayed for a service, the first appointment is generally free of charge. However, multiple free appointments for the same service or case are not permitted.
- Please bring all required documents on the day of your appointment. Missing documents may delay or prevent us from assisting you.
- For most French administrative services, the fee displayed includes both the appointment and the service fee unless otherwise stated.
- Please do not bring additional persons to your appointment. Only the applicant(s) concerned by the appointment should attend.
- Parents may bring multiple applications for their children under the same appointment when related to the same service.
- Do not bring friends, relatives, or their files to your appointment. Each unrelated person or case must have a separate appointment.
- Appointment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
- Processing times are determined by the relevant authorities and cannot be guaranteed.
- Our role is to provide assistance and guidance. Final decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant authority, embassy, consulate, prefecture, or government department.
- Clients arriving late may need to reschedule their appointment.
